We are currently seeking applications from experienced Call Centre staff for Telephone Interviewing work based in Brisbane CBD. The role will be casual part time, working 25 to 31 hours per week, Monday to Friday (and Saturdays on a fortnightly basis) with commencement in early October. The project will run through until early December with other projects to follow in 2024.
Prior experience in Market Research or Telephone Interviewing will be considered highly advantageous but not essential. Any contact centre experience would be deemed relevant.
Hours are typically 3pm to 8pm, Monday to Friday but there may be the possiblity of earlier shifts, i.e. 9:30am to 2:30pm.
The core skills set we are looking for will include:
- Strong communication skills, both with written and oral
- A friendly and pleasant phone manner and a positive attitude with the desire to go "above and beyond" in terms of customer service delivery
- A strong attention to detail and the ability to pick up new systems quickly
- Confidence and resilience when dealing with difficult calls and situations
- Team player and positive attitude to work
- A track record of reliability
- Typing speed of at least 35 wpm
