Collaborate with our IT Platform Engineers (Voice, Network, Server) and IT Operations, and join the quest to uncover the root cause of issues, providing swift resolutions to minimise downtime.

II. THRILLING RESPONSIBILITIES: PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES (ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS)

Embark on a mission to troubleshoot L1/L2/L3 telephony issues and escalate them for resolution, showcasing your ability to devise Voice Solutions and Designs that meet client requirements. Take the helm in managing Voice Operations, ensuring compliance, and spearheading Voice-related Projects and Initiatives. Conquer challenges by collaborating seamlessly across IT Platform and Vertical teams, all while communicating with your peers with flair.

III. EPIC JOURNEY: EDUCATION AND WORK EXPERIENCE

Unleash your prowess with 5+ years of experience and in-depth knowledge of Telephony/VoIP technologies, including Avaya Aura Session Manager (SM), Avaya Media Server (ASM), Avaya Communication Manager (CM), and more. While industry-standard certifications are like badges of honor, a Bachelor's/College Degree in IT, Electronics, or Communications will be your trusty companion.

IV. SKILLS & ABILITIES: UNLEASH YOUR INNER HERO

Ignite your motivation, embrace your quick-learning abilities, and showcase your prowess as an individual and team player. Navigate the challenges of a fast-paced environment with efficient time management and organization. When the pressure rises, stay cool, calm, and collected. Dive deep into your knowledge of VOIP Protocols, Voice Technology, and IVR, all while administering Verint Call Recording, Call Accounting, and Avaya Voice Systems with finesse. Keep a vigilant eye on the performance of contact center telephony systems, ensuring their uptime is legendary.
