As a TeleSales Consultant you will call warm opportunities and convert them to leads for our Insurance Brokers to convert. The role will report to the General Manager, Insurance. About the role MKP has expertise in the construction, earthmoving and transport industries and over 70% of its database fit within these industries. MKP's largest database is in the Sydney Metro area and continues to grow each year as the business grows. As a TeleSales Consultant you will: - Call warm leads from potential clients and in time progress to handling enquiries following training in products and services. - Maintain excellent communication skills to ensure a positive experience for everyone who engages with MKP. - Drive sales and meet your key performance indicators (KPIs) to then be rewarded (with commission) for your success - Adhere to all legislative and quality assurance requirements to ensure compliance and client satisfaction
