The Opportunity
Join Northern Daily Leader as a Telesales Consultant in Tamworth. Be part of Australian Community Media (ACM) and deliver news, sports, weather, entertainment, and lifestyle content to our loyal readers.
This position will require you to maintain relationships with current customers both inbound and outbound. You will also be assisting with the reception and office administration.
About the role
- Cold calling customers for advertising needs and advocate our products.
- Assist advertisers with their advertising solutions in innovative ways.
- Deliver the revenue targets.
- Reception and administrative activities.
The successful candidate will have
- You have gained work experience in sales or customer service.
- You are easy to talk to and have a professional telephone manner.
- You have a results-driven attitude with an ability to work well in a team.
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills and sound computer skills.
