THE ROLE:
This role is a temporary Legal Secretary role for a period of three to six months within the International Capital Markets firm. This role would see you carry out the following duties on a day to day basis:
-Diary management
-Monthly billing
-Filing
-Liaising with clients
-Travel bookings
-Drafting documents
-General Administrative work
ABOUT YOU:
To be considered an ideal candidate for this position, you should have the following:
-At least two years of experience in a legal support role
-Excellent attention to detail
-The ability to work as part of a team as well as autonomously
-Excellent communication and organisational skills
