About the Role
Reception Tasks:
- Manage all incoming calls and transfer them to the right person
- Sort through emails
- Open and close office
- Check-in keys and ensure all keys have been returned
- Order stationery
- General administration duties
Assignment hours: 8:30AM - 5PM (Monday to Friday)
Skills & Experience
- Previous Real Estate Admin experience essential
- Corporate presentation & confident demeanor
- Excellent computing skills & attention to detail
- Confident personality to manage enquires professionally
- Excellent time management skills & ability to prioritise workload
