Your opportunity

Manage tenancy construction work in a safe, timely and compliant and efficient manner to ensure a great customer experience in centre.

Your day will consist of site walks with key stakeholders, organising necessary permits and access for site works. Asset meetings with other Scentre teams to coordinate all woks and define briefs and budgets with the business teams.

You will be coordinating task observations and working with the Risk Management team, Submitting cost memos for approval.  Working closely with all the wider construction teams.

 

You will have overall accountability for:

  • Creation of new spaces and services for our Business Partners
  • De-fit redundant fit-outs
  • Monitor works to ensure works are being completed safely
  • Procurement and administration of subcontractors within budget and in accordance with Scentre Groups policies and procedures
  • Communicate scheduled work dates for well-coordinated shop openings
  • Conduct regular reviews of planned works and programs
  • Monthly project reports
