As the Tenancy Delivery Coordinator, you will be responsible for the management of the Tenancy Delivery process from end-to-end across four small shopping centres (<25,000m2 each) in Victoria.
You will manage tenant contractor operations to ensure smooth project execution, review and approve retailer plans, periodically inspect to ensure tenancies are delivered in a compliant manner and work closely with the Group Leasing Manager to determine scope and costs for landlord works (where required). The role is based at CS Square Shopping Centre in Caroline Springs with travel between three centres in the Western corridor and one centre in the south-east as required (when tenants are fitting out and de-fitting).

The position requires open communication between the Centre Managers, Leasing Manager, and the Company Chairman to maximise the effective operation of the 4 shopping centre assets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing the Tenancy Delivery process end-to-end including but not limited to reviewing and approving retailer plans, monitoring retailer-appointed contractor works, ensuring compliance and Australian standards are adhered to and deadlines are met to ensure tenancies are opened in a timely manner
- Develop and maintain processes for Leasing Design & Delivery
- Cultivate and work towards a co-operative working relationship with Leasing and Centre management teams as well as external stakeholders to oversee and manage work contracts.
- Act as a key point of contact for clients & tenants on fit out and de fit projects, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.
- Chair regular status update meetings and drive project progress
- Coordinate with tenants and contractors to ensure smooth project execution
- Issue a final defect list to tenant shopfitter upon the completion of each store.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Degree or qualification in Construction, Property or similar
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably within a Retail Shopping Centre or Retailer environment
- Previous experience in managing multiple concurrent projects and tenant fit out contractors.
- Retail project delivery experience
- Display a sound knowledge of building and operational property management regulations.
- Excellent communication skills both written and oral
