Government department tasked with making life easier, accessible, and equitable for thousands of individuals and families across Australia. Currently seeking an EL1 Strategic Change Coordinator and APS6Change Delivery Officers to join their busy team for a 12-month temporary assignment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to drive organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support change initiatives.
- Identify and nurture talent within the organization, providing coaching and guidance to EL1 level staff.
- Lead the planning and organization of Strategic Change projects, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.
- Provide expert advice and guidance to EL1s on decision-making processes.
- Utilize influencing skills to gain buy-in and support for change initiatives from key stakeholders.
- Set and maintain high work standards to ensure the quality and success of change projects.
- Take proactive steps to initiate action and drive change forward.
- Continuous Improvement: Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement effective solutions.
- Building Customer Relationships: Strong interpersonal skills with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Building Talent: Proven experience in identifying and developing talent within an organization.
- Planning and Organising: Excellent organizational skills with the ability to effectively plan and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Coaching: Experience in providing coaching.
- Decision Making: Strong analytical and decision-making skills with the ability to make sound judgments in complex situations.
- Influencing: Ability to influence others and gain buy-in for change initiatives.
- Work Standards: Commitment to maintaining high work standards and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
- Initiating Action: Proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges, with a focus on driving change forward.
Note: This is a 12-month contract role with potential for extension based on performance and organizational needs.
