Our Tenancy Management Officer will provide quality support for a range of housing options and provide positive outcomes for tenants as they are supported to transition to self-sustained tenancies. What will a typical day look like? Assess the eligibility of applicants seeking accommodation.
Ensure that tenant intake, allocation and matching are conducted in a non-discriminatory and transparent manner. Effectively communicate tenants’ rights and obligations. Involve the tenant in key decision-making.
Maintain a strict compliance regime during each tenancy. Make appropriate decisions regarding linkages and wrap-around supports. Effectively process the commencement of a tenancy including bond loan administration.
