AddressMerrifield Real Estate have an exciting opening to join their busy Residential Property Management team.
We are looking for someone who is outgoing and approachable with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in a customer-facing role. We currently have a dynamic team who have a positive approach and are passionate about property management and going the extra mile. We have a good sense of humour, which is needed in this field along with an agency focused on their staff development and work/life balance. We can also offer flexibility in working hours if required.
Our team is led by our Senior Property Manager along with two Property Management Assistants. This role will mainly cover the leasing aspects within the team as well as other property management-based tasks.

- You are a qualified Property Manager looking to stay in the PM field without the responsibility of managing your own portfolio.
- You have experience in a customer management role within an industry similar to real estate.
- You enjoy engaging with people and excel at building positive client relationships.
- You are confident and eager to embrace new challenges.
Position Criteria;
- Current Driver’s License;
- Outgoing and approachable nature;
- Current Property Management registration or a minimum of 3 years experience in a customer-facing role;
- Focus on excellent customer service;
- Clear and thorough communication skills, both written and verbal;
- A keen eye for detail;
- Passion to succeed in a team environment;
- Ability to strictly follow processes/checklists;
- Experience in dealing with conflict is an advantage;
We currently use Property Tree, Inspect Real Estate and Inspection Manager programs; experience with these programs is beneficial but not essential.
