- Maritime Teams Screening Compliance. Work with CERTIS Management to meet all required
- compliances with the Screening reform.
- Screening Compliance Reporting and Record Management. Maintain Screening team’s certification, records and all
- other reform elements in line with the prescribed evidence register and matrixes in the reform.
- Conduct TSM duties (26 hours per week). Manage the Maritime Security Team to deliver successful vessel day services, ensure all key relationships are maintained, and work alongside the Duty Manager Cruise Operations (DMCO) to implement all policies and procedures in line with the relevant CERTIS, PA_NSW and Maritime Regulations. (As per TSM PD).
- Fulfil the duties outlined in the TSM Position Description.
- Establish and maintain communications (Internal, External). Respond to emails, calls, and inquiries in a timely manner and within a reasonable time. Act on all requests, direct inquiries to the appropriate parties,
- and provide feedback when required.
- Attending Meetings, Audits, and required Critical days. Prioritize attending all Screening relevant meetings,
- Audits and Critical (3 vessel days), when requested by the Client or CERTIS Management.
Screening Operations Compliance with Legislative and Contractual requirements
- Nominating, Booking and scheduling Screening accreditation tests and completing OpReady CISC test.
- Screening Supervisors and staff training Assist RLO with screener deployment planning, season forecasting.
- Screening equipment maintenance schedules and monthly reporting. Record keeping for screening officers’ compliances, On-the-job training, and professional development.
Assist Maritime Senior Management
- Assist with Client and site needs when requested:
- Periodic Reporting to CERTIS Management to maintain Screening officers operational levels.
- Any other reasonable Management requests.
