The Role:
As a Territory Manager you will be responsible for managing sales activities for Victoria and Tasmania. This role requires leveraging all available resources to maximize sales and contribute significantly to the commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Direct day-to-day field sales activities, representing the entire assigned product portfolio.
- Generate new accounts through proactive sales efforts and customer engagement.
- Cultivate revenue through ongoing support, education, demonstration, consultation, and sales processes with existing accounts.
- Manage key accounts and targeted customers effectively.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives.
- Attend to customer inquiries and needs related to the assigned product portfolio.
- Travel as necessary to optimize portfolio exposure within the assigned geographic territory.
Your Profile:
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market and medical device sales processes.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the medical device industry.
- Skills in achieving sales, profitability, and budget goals.
- Ability to effectively implement sales and marketing strategies.
- Capacity to impart technical knowledge effectively.
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel.
- Exhibits good listening and comprehension skills.
- 2–5 years of sales experience in business-to-business sales or equivalent.
