Job Responsibilities:
- Marketing of Zagro’s range of products
- Identify new product opportunities, execute product launches, and manage promotional programs.
- Provide support and coordinate marketing collaterals and promotional opportunities.
- Provides feedback and input from the market to help shape marketing strategy.
- Proactive and continuously looks for ways to improve the sales and revenue growth.
- Provides technical and sales support to, and liaise with the various sales teams, customers, distributors, and staff of representative offices throughout the region.
- Develop new markets, servicing existing clients, as well as generating and increasing sales.
- Liaises and build good rapport with our business associates to ensure business continuity and expansion.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' agricultural sales experience either in store or as representative.
- Knowledge and/or some experience in sheep/cattle farming activities.
- Contacts within the agricultural industry including farmers.
- A willingness to visit end users on farm.
- Experience with national distributors and their systems.
- Computer literate with experience in using Microsoft Office products.
- The ability to travel and spend time away from home.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Highly proactive and self-motivated.
- Those with science background is preferred, but not essential.
