- Servicing and managing of an existing customer base
- Coach & develop merchandiser team
- Delivering to sales KPI's
- Being a brand ambassador for our market leading portfolio of products.
- This role will include a fully maintained tool of trade, phone and tablet.
- You will need to be flexible as there will be a regional stay involved- The territory does have a regional area to service (Albany region). Approx 3 nights every 8 to 12 weeks.
- You will be outgoing, approachable and passionate about sales, as you manage the business relationship with our various Supermarket customers.
- You will have a proven track record of success in exceeding targets & developing relationships with customers.
- As a true partner to the business and customer, you are a confident communicator and have the ability to adapt your communication style.
- This is a fantastic opportunity for personal growth within a successful and dynamic work environment.
- The territory does have a regional area to service (Albany region). Approx 3 nights every 8 to 12 weeks.
