What you will do
We are seeking a self-motivated, results driven Territory Sales Manager for a permanent, part time (25-30 hours/week) opportunity to join our dynamic National Sales team working a Northern suburbs and country territory. Visiting pharmacies, health and department stores you will use your proven account management and relationship building skills to increase product sales and profitability to achieve organisational objectives.
- Provide exceptional customer service promoting TBN brands, developing current accounts and identifying new sales opportunities.
- Develop and implement effective account management strategies and solutions utilising market trends, competitor analysis and territory knowledge.
- Drive product sales to achieve targets, KPI’s and regional growth plans.
- Generate accurate, timely sales activity reporting, forecasting and data analysis.
- Collaborate with the Sales teams and stakeholders to produce efficiencies and improvements to the supply network.
- Support Marketing and internal stakeholders with customer enquiries, new product launches, promotions, merchandising and displays.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated experience as a Territory Manager or Business Development Manager in the beauty, consumer, pharmacy, distributor or related industries is highly desirable.
- Ability to build meaningful relationships and provide positive customer experiences.
- Exceptional communications skills, resilience and strong problem solving capability.
- High attention to detail, ability to display initiative and work autonomously as well as part of a team.
- Proficient computer literacy including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and CRM software systems.
