About the Role
We are looking for a Territory Sales Manager with effective communication skills, who is self-motivated with strong relationship building skills. The ideal candidate has experience in Health (preferred), FMCG, & Pharmacy channels, with demonstrated in-store relationship experience and a track record in delivering in store brand guidelines. Previous Account management with group stores will be well considered. You will be responsible for ensuring a complete in-store experience for the Nutra brand in both existing and new accounts, including distribution, POS, promotional execution, training & education. You will work under the direction of the Nutra Field Sales Operations Manager and have a close working relationship with Nutra’s distributors and their reps. As this is an autonomous role, you will have strong business ethics and disciplines.
This role is a full-time role, with great scope for advancement in the future. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an up-and-coming wellness company with a strong culture. Key Responsibilities
- Call on customers within a planned call cycle and frequency
- Communicate to all customers via email and phone if required
- Activate Nutra brand guidelines/distribution targets/NPD targets, within all customer stores
- Scout for and create new distribution opportunities for Nutra brand within the territory
- Plan and presell all Nutra brand promotions and activations
- Execute/set up all Nutra brand promotions and activations as per guidelines and timelines
- Train/Educate in-store staff on Nutra brands
- Manage and control group accounts as directed
- Work hand-in-hand with Nutra distributors/reps
- Report to Nutra Field Sales Operations Manager
- Follow the instructions, directions, and plans from Nutra Field Sales Operation Manager
- Complete weekly field reports and provide trade intel and communication
Territory Sales Manager Requirements
- Proven experience in, in-store selling within defined channels
- Have worked in the natural health channels and has strong relationships at retail level
- Team management experience
- Valid driver's license
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to develop and administer sales guidelines
- Capacity to sustain and build working relationships in-store
- Cautiously optimistic, personable, and resolute
- Ability to meet timelines
- Strong time management, planning and organisational skills
