Due to our continued growth we have a newly created opportunity for a Territory Service Manager to join our team and manage a team of Field Service Technicians. To be successful in this role, you will possess previous team management experience and the ability to continue growing your team to deliver a high level of customer service to our customers.

Tasks and Qualifications:
Your responsibilities:
Manage and guide a team of Field and site based Service Technicians
Manage budget requirements to ensure targets are achieved
Continuously seek improvements to drive efficiency, profitability and productivity in our processes and customer experiences
Attend review meetings with customers as required
Identify and implement business initiatives and strategies to grow revenue and gross margin
Implement and drive regular meetings with Service Technicians in a collective and individual basis to support and monitor performance
Implement training and development initiative for Service Technicians when required
Requirements for success:
Experience in the material handling industry is preferred
Previous team management and leadership experience
Demonstrated strong communication skills – verbally and written
Demonstrated experience managing budgets, P&Ls and ability to implement improvement initiatives
Experience managing strong relationships and delivering high level of customer service
