About the role
T&C Lead to ensure successful commissioning and handback in accordance with T&C standards and contractual requirements.

Review the design and identify areas of improvement to aid the T&C programme and/or ability to commission systems
Develop a robust scope of works for each T&C Package
Define T&C Strategy, planning and deliver Test and Commissioning activities
Checking & verifying all resources have the correct competency required to deliver the tasks
Auditing of testing documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
Monitoring of testing activities against the program and reporting progress.
Providing support to the Tester In Charge (TiC) as required
Manage T&C compliance, quality assurance, processes & tools to ensure continuous improvement.
Provide leadership, direction, supervision and inspirational management to all team members

About you
Degree in electrical engineering
Experience in Rail Systems or Mechanical and Electrical packages on large Infrastructure projects
Experience in managing a team, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment
Australian Drivers License
Degree in a related Engineering discipline
Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills
