About the role
T&C Lead to ensure successful commissioning and handback in accordance with T&C standards and contractual requirements.
About the role

• Review the design and identify areas of improvement to aid the T&C programme and/or ability to commission systems
• Develop a robust scope of works for each T&C Package
• Define T&C Strategy, planning and deliver Test and Commissioning activities
• Checking & verifying all resources have the correct competency required to deliver the tasks
• Auditing of testing documentation to ensure compliance and continuous improvement
• Monitoring of testing activities against the program and reporting progress.
• Providing support to the Tester In Charge (TiC) as required
• Manage T&C compliance, quality assurance, processes & tools to ensure continuous improvement.
• Provide leadership, direction, supervision and inspirational management to all team members

About you

• Degree in electrical engineering
• Experience in Rail Systems or Mechanical and Electrical packages on large Infrastructure projects
• Experience in managing a team, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment
• Australian Drivers License
• Degree in a related Engineering discipline
• Strong communication skills (oral & written) including strong negotiation and influencing skills
