What you'll do

  • Environment Management: Lead planning, provisioning, and maintenance of testing environments across platforms. Collaborate with infrastructure and release management teams for technical alignment and scheduling.
  • Data Management: Oversee acquisition, accuracy, and maintenance of test data sets. Ensure confidentiality, integrity, and availability while complying with data privacy regulations.
  • Data Masking & Subsetting: Implement techniques to anonymize and reduce data volumes. Collaborate on data masking policies and procedures.
  • Test Data Refresh: Schedule and synchronise test data across environments. Develop strategies for automated refresh processes.
  • Environment Monitoring: Implement monitoring for environment availability, performance, and utilisation. Analyse metrics for resource optimisation.
  • Change Management: Manage changes to testing environments and data assets per change management processes. Coordinate with development and testing teams.

What you'll bring

  • Experience in testing environment management, data management, and infrastructure operations within complex IT environments
  • Strong understanding of testing principles, methodologies, and frameworks (e.g., Agile, DevOps, Waterfall).
  • Strong understanding of data management principles, including data modelling, normalization, and governance. Experience with data masking, subsetting, and anonymization techniques and tools (e.g., Informatica, IBM Optim).
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Effective communication, scheduling, collaboration, and stakeholder management abilities.
