As a Test Director, you will play a critical role in program test leadership, ensuring the successful delivery of testing initiatives within the program.Key Responsibilities:
- Provide program test leadership at the program level, leveraging your extensive experience in banking and financial services.
- Manage testing resources and budget across the program, including handling changes in scope, budget, effort, and timeframes.
- Perform performance management of testing personnel assigned to the program.
- Collaborate with other delivery stakeholders to monitor and measure upstream quality, ensuring scope, time, and quality objectives are met.
- Drive collaborative outcomes with stakeholders.
- Contribute to a leadership community, providing input for continuous improvement and innovation in testing service delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Enterprise standards, processes, and tools.
- Oversee defect management processes for the program.
- 15 years of experience in test management.
- 5 years of program test management experience.
- Proficiency in risks, issues, and dependency management.
- Demonstrated project delivery leadership skills.
- Highly regarded operational leadership abilities.
- Expertise in defining testing processes and frameworks—from ideation and engagement to production and business value realization.
- Familiarity with Core Banking Applications, including understanding customer accounts, transactions, loans, deposits, and other financial products (mandatory familiarity with Australian Major Banking).
- Knowledge of Agile Methodology and various test management tools and techniques.
