We are currently looking for security cleared (NV1 or higher) Test and Evaluation Engineers with experience with V&V, to join our team on a permanent basis. No two days are the same in these roles which are essential to the success of the project. We are looking for multi-skilled, flexible, hardworking people who are keen to grow their career within a leading Defence supplier.

What will I be doing day to day?
- Conduct capability and concept development.
- Conduct V&V analysis and development.
- Conduct design, implementation (assignment of appropriate verification methods for verifying compliance with requirements).
- Plan and deliver engineering services, regulatory compliance, resource management, and project outcomes.
- Conduct certification and support.
- Conduct reviews of contract deliverables, and
- Conduct independent V&V activities.
What sort of skills do I need?
- Bachelor Degree in Engineering or related field
- Comprehensive experience and knowledge in the fields of explosive ordnance engineering, communications engineering, systems engineering and software engineering
- Demonstrated experience in a Defence environment
- High level attention to detail
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with a wide variety of stakeholders
- Experience in engineering program planning and development of engineering planning documents and management plans;
- Hold or have the ability to gain and maintain and NV1 security clearance
