The Role
This role will suit a Property Lawyer looking to progress their career in a well-regarded firm. Acting for corporations, SMEs, and developers, you will work on matters including (not limited to):
- property development and major projects.
- acquisitions and disposals (including commercial and retail).
- off-the-plan work.
- advising on structuring of group title developments.
You
You will be a 5yr+ Property Lawyer with experience in the above, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work well autonomously and within a team
