The Test Kitchen Team has an exciting opportunity for a proative and friendly individual with strong team work skills to join the team as a Test Kitchen Assistant. As the Test Kitchen Assistant, you will be involved in innovation in line with some new and exciting projects. The role is based out of the Frenchs Forest RSC, Sydney.

About Our Ideal Candidate

• You’ll live and breathe our people first culture!
• Interest in food, nutrition and/or food science (preferred)
• Basic computer skills
• Positive energy and attitude
• Proactive and independent

• Excellent communication skills with a strong customer focus
• Ability to perform in a fast paced/high volume environment
• Understanding of restaurant/retail/hospitality operations, equipment, systems, standards, procedures, and training.

A day in the life of a Test Kitchen Assistant

• Support the Test Kitchen Manager with all new Innovation (New Product Development /nutrition/equipment/quality assurance and research work as required)
• Prepare and cook products, for Demo’s to the highest KFC standard
• Prepare, pack and maintain products whilst adhering to the KFC Standard
• Clean and maintain the Test Kitchen
• Data entry (cooking cycles, weights, measurements etc)
