Our Glebe store is looking for a brilliant, experienced and motivated Store Manager who is passionate about customer service and the zero waste movement.

This role is perfect for a manager who enjoys working the floor. Someone who is a dedicated leader with a passion for people and service, and who is committed to driving business success through team coaching and development by creating a customer-focused service environment which supports our core values. This role involves:

• Modelling exceptional customer service and selling techniques.
• Managing and monitoring store profitability.
• Providing training, coaching and performance management.
• Developing a weekly work schedule based on sales forecast and traffic expectations.
• Driving sales by having amazing personal sales results as well as ensuring the team sales meet the store's key performances.
• Ensuring store presentation is immaculate.
• Effective inventory management and quality control.

To succeed with us, you will need:

• Demonstrated success and management experience in motivating and leading a team as a Retail Store Manager.
• A commitment to inspiring people to succeed and thrive.
• The ability to create a positive, energetic and safe work environment.
• Proven ability to deliver results.
• Proven experience in recognising, implementing and driving local and in-store marketing and PR strategies.
• Excellent time management and organisational skills.
