The Specialist Family Violence Case Manager – Step Up

The Specialist Family Violence Case Manager – Step Up Program, is delivered by The SAFV Centre in partnership with Meli.

Two Part time, 12 months fixed term (parental leave cover) positions available.

The program provides targeted supports to highly vulnerable and complex needs individuals and families with the intention of reducing adolescent Family Violence, increasing the safety of affected family members and strengthening the capacity of families to manage independently.

The role is responsible for providing a range of trauma informed effective interventions to reduce adolescent Family Violence and increase the safety of all family members impacted by the violence.

About You

With a degree qualifications in social work, psychology or similar discipline, you will be able to demonstrate experience in case management, client advocacy, risk assessment and delivery of therapeutic interventions and support.

The successful candidates will be required to maintain a current Working With Children’s check and National Police Check at their own expense.
