The role
Experience world-class and international productions right on your doorstep at Crown Theatre. There is entertainment for everyone, with an exciting selection of upcoming musicals, concerts and theatre shows there is always something happening at Crown.
Multiple roles available:
Theatre Bar Attendant- You will be responsible for ensuring Responsible Service of Alcohol procedures are followed, taking payments from guests, assist with set up of furniture and signage as well as general tidying (Theatre bar duties).
Theatre Usher - You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to theatre patrons. This role involves assisting guests with seating, answering questions, ensuring the smooth operation of the theatre during performances, and maintaining a welcoming and safe environment for all attendees.
About you
- Customer service experience
- Previous cash handling experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Enthusiastic, positive attitude
- High standard of presentation
- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts including weekday afternoons (matinee sessions), nights, weekends & public holidays
- Similar role in a theatre or entertainment environment (preferable)
Given the casual nature of this role, hours will depend on both your availability and the number of shows coming through the Theatre.
