- above market/award pay rate ($50-$55 per hour base rate and including penalty rates, superannuation etc)

MUST BE ABLE TO WORK FULL TIME HOURS ON A LONG TERM CONTRACT AS A SOLE TRADER
Roles and responsibilities:
- assist with life management tasks including:
- managing diary and appointments
- management and storage of information and documents
- record keeping (including notes/minutes of meetings and appointments)
- assist with management of rosters, timesheets, shift notes etc
- scheduling and management of all aspects of day-to-day life including: daily tasks, routines and schedules, and household management
- assisting with day-to-day living tasks when on shift
- encouraging and assisting use of available sporting and fitness opportunities including racket sports like table-tennis, tennis and pickleball (must be able to play at least average level)
- assist explore, locate and pursue opportunities for a good life, assist with problem solving and communication, assist with locating and linking with leisure and social opportunities

- demonstrated ability to reflect on personal practice and take on feedback
- common sense, excellent problem-solving skills, ability to think outside the box and to try new things
- active participation in required induction, training, development, supervision and performance reviews
Highly desirable skills and qualities:
- skills and experience in leadership roles
- experience working in residential settings
- sports and fitness skills to at least an average level
- background in coaching highly considered
- availability for interstate travel as needed

- willingness to commit to working fulltime hours on a long-term contract
Must have:
- current drivers license
- your own insured and registered vehicle and willingness to provide transport
- current NDIS Worker Screening Check and/or National Police Check
- current First Aid/CPR certificate
- completion of NDIS worker training modules
- thorough working knowledge and commitment to NDIS Code of Conduct
