Salary🌟 Job Opportunity: Therapeutic Practitioner 🌟
🏠 Location: Carlton (with outreach to Deer Park and Bendigo Region)
🚗 Travel: Required travel from Carlton to women's prisons in Deer Park and Bendigo. Fleet car provided during work hours, with the option to take it home if closer to location. Accommodation provided when traveling regionally.
👩👧👦 Responsibilities:
- Pre and Post-release support for women transitioning from prison
- Group facilitation and training on topics including navigating public housing, Futures free from violence program, AOD histories, victims of DV, and perpetrator support
- Wrap-around services for women about to be released
- Working with individuals and families post-release
- Experience with group facilitation and training
- Bachelor's degree preferred, but will consider diploma with relevant experience
- Experience in prison settings beneficial
- 12-month contract, with program funded for 5 years
- Full-time or 0.8 FTE
- Monday to Friday, 9-5, no out-of-hours shifts
