You must be familiar with threat hunting operations and possess the technical problem-solving skills that enable our customers to stop breaches.Excellent customer service skills are critical to this role’s success.What You'll Do:Develop high-quality customer deliverables that meet the expectations of the service OverWatch Elite provides its customers. This includes:Hunting for threats, anomalies and cyber-related disruptions on customer endpointsPerforming threat analysis, deep-dives and incident assessmentsResearching and assessing customer’s threats and IOCsConducting ongoing customer environment assessmentsConducting research and presenting threat briefings to a large audienceHighlights:July 2024 – January 2024 intensive training programFull- time fixed term contractFully remote trainingPossible conversion to Perm full-time at the end of program (depending on performance)What You'll Need:Recent graduate at a Bachelors or Masters level in the field of Cybersecurity, Computer Science or related fieldStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsKnowledge of Data Science Concepts and tools is a plusInterest in Cybersecurity and\or AIYou are curious and keep up-to-date across the cybersecurity landscapeYou have the ability to think analytically and possess basic critical thinking skills to assess activity quickly and accuratelyYou have basic knowledge of operating systems fundamentals (Windows, Linux, MacOS)Although CrowdStrike is a primarily remote company, collaboration is intrinsic to the success of our mission.
