Job description

The City of Newcastle (CN) has an exciting and unique opportunity to join our Civic Theatre team in this newly created role for a Ticketing and Audience Lead, overseeing the smooth and efficient operations of all Ticketing and CRM functions at the Civic Theatre.

As our Ticketing and Audience Lead, you will be responsible for maintaining and managing the Ticketing, CRM, and other systems that support sales and audience development. The role is responsible for maximising revenue from ticket sales and ensuring the highest standards of customer service are maintained at the ticket office. This is a strategic role and requires someone with experience and insight into both Ticketing and Audience development.

With 3 direct reports, you'll draw on your significant experience in a leadership position to create an experienced and skilled ticketing team, taking advantage of your extensive ticketing experience and ability to extrapolate and analyse data. The role will also work closely with colleagues in marketing, promotions, venue hire, and programming.
