AddressOur business is expanding and we need an experienced Floor & Wall Tiler / Waterproofer to join our team.
We are seeking an experienced and well-rounded tradesman to join our growing business on the Northern Beaches, Lower and Upper North Shore of Sydney to carry out a variety of work in private and commercial properties.
This is a stable opportunity with on-going work suited to someone who wants to be their own boss. Ideally you will be a tiler looking for the best of both worlds, running your own jobs, but without the hassle of quoting, invoicing and chasing payments.
Applicants must be able to carry out a wide variety of tasks to a high standard including, but not limited to, the following:
Grouting (Epoxy) & Caulking
New Tiling
Waterproofing
Screeding
Tile Repairs
General Carpentry Repairs
Shower Screen Installation
To be successful in this role you must possess the following qualities.
Be a self-starter
Honest, reliable and have a positive attitude
Excellent customer service skills
Attention to detail
Be able to work unsupervised with good time management skills
You must have your own tools and an appropriate vehicle. You will have an ABN / Pty Ltd, public liability and workers compensation insurance / income protection insurance (or willing to get) and hold a construction white card. You will need to undergo a national police check. Rates will be discussed at a personal interview.
Work will be on the Lower North Shore, Upper North Shore and Northern Beaches.
