Tiling estimator

Due to continued success and an increase in building volume, we have an opportunity for an experienced Estimator/Project Administrator to join our growing team.

The Role:

• Preparation and submission of accurate, competitive tenders
• Preparation of EOI's for new project works
• Generating BOQ's
• Claims and variations
• Preparation of monthly reports

Requirements:

• Ideally you will have 5 + years experience in an estimating role
• Possess a solid background/knowledge in construction and all aspects of tiling/stone and waterproofing works.
• Excellent organisation and time management skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
• Ability to interpret building plans
• Valid NSW Driver's Licence
• Excellent level of computer literacy
• Experience in Build soft Cubit an advantage
