- Hi-Reach is a Progressive Company and a market leader in the hire industry specialising in EWP’s, Under Bridge Inspection Units, Scaffolding, Mastclimbers and Swing Stages. We have been operating since 1997 with branches in Brisbane, Sunshine and Gold Coasts.
Job Summary:
- Our company is seeking a skilled Tilt Tray Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for safely and efficiently transporting heavy machinery and equipment to various job sites. The Tilt Tray Operator will need to be able to load, unload and secure the equipment properly to ensure its safe transportation.
- Will work out of our Sunshine Coast Depot after intial training is completed in our Brisbane Depot. Training would be expected to be approxiametly 3 weeks.
Core responsibilities to include but are not limited to:
- Operate the Tilt Tray Truck and transport elevating work platform equipment to and from various job sites
- Load, unload and secure equipment properly to ensure safe transportation
- Complete all necessary paperwork (manually and electronic) and logbooks accurately and on time
- Conduct daily vehicle inspections and maintenance checks
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while operating the Tilt Tray Truck
- Local deliveries along with occasional work between our other branches on the Sunshine and Gold Coasts
To be considered for this role you should have:
- Knowledge and understanding of how to restrain loads in the correct manner
- Valid HR drivers licence as a minimum
- Current Licence Conviction Report
- Experience within the EWP or Forklift industry
- High Risk Licence – Forklift (not essential but preferred)
- Construction Industry White Card
- Be physically fit
- Customer service skills
- Communication skills
- Excellent safety awareness
