As the Administration Assistant you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to all customers, handling administrative duties such as following up quotes invoices, managing data entry and analysis, maintaining schedules and supporting our Operations team with various tasks. You will be our front face of customer service and will need to have the ability to handle a high level of calls with accuracy and professionalism. To be successful in the role, you will need to demonstrate the following key criteria:
- Confident communicator and ability to effectively liaise with team members and customers
- Ability to prioritise tasks and meet tight deadlines
- Strong administration skills and ability to proof read to ensure records are kept up to date and accurate
- Ability to work under pressure and autonomously Excellent computer skills particularly in Excel, Word and Outlook
- Maintain workflow to the highest of standards Previous experience in a service or trade based industry would be preferable, however this is not essential for the right candidate.
This position will report to the General Manager and is required to undertake the general administration of the business to ensure operational, management and other key functions of the business can operate effectively and efficiently.
