Job description

Clough is currently searching for a Total Rewards Manager to join the Clough Human Resources Team. Reporting to the VP Human Resources, you will be responsible for Managing Remuneration, Benefits and Incentive programs across the company.
This is a permanent role available as full-time or on a part-time (job share) basis with the flexibility to be based in any one of our major offices in Perth, Brisbane or Sydney.

Your focus will include:
Managing and coordinating the annual remuneration review cycle to ensure consistency with corporate objectives and legislative compliance.
Provide analytical support, data management and reporting for the annual remuneration review process.
Providing market insights for strategic positions and relevant data that allows operational leaders to make informed decisions relating to remuneration packages for their teams.
Managing Clough’s Short-Term and Long-Term Incentive Programs and other incentive schemes.
Alignment of the Total Rewards and Benefits framework across Clough and related entities.
Ongoing review and development of the Employee Benefits Programs in line with market and industry trends.
Research, analysis and delivery of recommendations in relation to Clough’s Total Rewards and Benefits programs to meet objectives and needs of the organisation.
Providing support to the Human Resources team in relation to job design and job evaluation.
What you will bring to the team:
Previous experience within remuneration and benefits.
Extensive experience with job evaluation methodology essential (e.g. AON Hewitt, Korn Ferry Hay Group Job Evaluation, Mercer etc.)
Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or related field.
Desirable, knowledge of the construction industry and fundamental understanding of rosters and rate calculations.
Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels of the business.
