Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for a Total Rewards Officer to join our Total Rewards team in our Regional Head Offices in Subiaco. This is a broad role with a focus on end to end benefit programs administration and remuneration team support.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Providing high quality customer service and prompt service delivery to our employees with regards to all Australia Total Rewards processes.
  • Processing and administration of our benefit programs including health insurance, novated leasing, salary continuance claims, and Newmont Superannuation.
  • Administration of our rewards & recognition platform.
  • Maintaining strong relationships with benefit providers and key internal stakeholders.
  • Maintaining and updating the Total Rewards Intranet page to ensure our employees can obtain up-to-date information about our benefits programs.
  • Supporting our Employee Value Proposition by preparing marketing/promotion materials.
  • Assisting in the implementation and rollout of new benefits programs in the region. Once implemented, develop and roll out effective administration processes.
  • Assisting in remuneration market reviews and benchmarking.
  • Assisting in the submission of data to salary survey providers.
  • General administrative support of the Total Rewards team.

About You

This great opportunity will suit someone with a can do attitude and a strong customer service ethos. Essential skills will include strong administration and MS Office skills, with the ability to be highly organised and process driven. Ideally you will have HR administrative experience or qualifications in human resources.

Complementary skills we will be looking for include:

  • High standard of work ethic and confidentiality with a professional and mature disposition.
  • Proactive and able to work independently.
  • Strong communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage time and tasks effectively, be task orientated and able to achieve goals in set time frames.
  • Demonstrated high attention to detail.
  • Good understanding and ability to apply and comply with Company Policy, Standards & Procedures.
