We need your help to reach out to the broader community. Hiking in bushland can be intimidating, and many prefer not to go alone. At WALK MP, we map out the routes so our hikers can relax and enjoy the adventure!
The Role - Is This You?
We are looking for exceptional people to join us as Tour Leaders. Whether you're an experienced tour guide seeking extra work or someone new to this field, we want to hear from you!
No specific experience is required as we provide training. However, you must have excellent customer service and organisational skills, be a strong communicator, handle pressure well, work independently, and be enthusiastic about showcasing your hometown to both international visitors and locals.

We need guides across Melbourne, including Mornington Peninsula, Geelong, Torquay, The Dandenongs, Wilsons Prom, and more.
Selection Criteria - What You Need for This Role:
- Previous tour guide experience is a plus but NOT essential.
- Experience in tourism and/or customer service is highly valued, but definitely not essential
- A real go-getter
- Excellent presentation and communication skills, including public speaking.
- An outgoing, people person, with a passion for outstanding customer service, who enjoys helping people feel comfortable and part of the group!!!
- Professional and reliable.
- Enthusiastic.
- Appropriate working rights.
- Ability to work flexible hours
- First aid qualification
- Team player.
- Good level of English.
- Compliance with safety in requirements.
- Adherence to company policies and procedures.
