Qualifications and Experience:
Minimum One Year Administration Experience: We're seeking candidates with at least one year of practical experience in administrative roles.
Strong Multitasking Skills: The ability to handle multiple tasks and work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
Proficiency in Excel and Word: Demonstrated competence in using Microsoft Excel and Word, with strong attention to detail and precise data entry skills.
Innovative and Resourceful: A creative problem solver, capable of finding efficient solutions to daily tasks.
Dependable and Organized: Reliability and excellent organizational skills are key. You should be willing to go the extra mile when needed.
Passion for the Tourism Industry: An enthusiasm for the tourism sector and a desire to contribute to its growth.

Monitoring Store Operations: Keep a close eye on daily store operations to ensure everything runs smoothly.

Responding to Bookings and Enquiries: Efficiently handle customer bookings and inquiries, providing excellent service.
