About Us
iObject is a town planning consultancy based in Sydney which serves the growing number of landowners negatively affected by neighbouring development. We seek to formally addressing neighbourhood concerns with councils at the DA stage, looking to protect peoples’ homes, lifestyles and investments. We consult on the entire planning approvals process, from first submission to council, to negotiating with the assessment officer, and providing expert witness representation if the DA proceeds to Court.
iObject’s success in promoting both beautiful and sensitive built environments is measured by our ability to mould and shape the final development outcome. Our method ultimately results in the reduction of undesirable development across neighbourhoods, which can often mean the difference between keeping the status quo or communities having to deal with a neighbourhood nuisance.
