- You must be able to demonstrate effective communication both verbal and written
- Can liaise with stakeholders on all levels, influence and assist workgroups to get the work done within all compliance guidelines
- Proven experience within the advertised roles
- Hold current QR SARC/WET or willing to obtain
- Hold relevant track certifying qualifications and relevant knowledge of track geometry
- QR Recipient must have current QR Recipient C Form/SCA Card with up-to-date logbook or relevant experience to complete the training required in the next courses available April 2024
- Construction White Card
- Rail Industry Worker (RIW)
- Full car licence or higher with no restrictions and reliable transport to travel between job sites
