Track Labourer

Programmed are teaming up with one of our highly regarded clients and are currently seeking previously experienced track workers/labourers.

Ideal candidates will have previous experience in the rail industry as track worker/labourers within Tasmania or other states of Australia. These positions will require working statewide, starting in the South of Tasmania, with the requirement of living/working away from home when needed.

The key requirements for these roles include:

• Must be able to pass a full pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol screen
• Must be physically fit and healthy as the roles are physically demanding
• Ability to work in a team with minimal supervision
• Have a strong understanding of safety in the workplace
• Casual role initially with permanency an option thereafter for the right candidate
• Pay rates based upon level of experience however, are paid above award
• Must have a current construction induction white card (if not must be willing to obtain)
• Current drivers is essential
• Immedidate start for the right candidate on completion of all pre-employment checks
