AddressWe are seeking a Trade Assistant (TA) on a full-time basis. Our ideal candidate would be highly motivated, passionate and reliable with an excellent eye for detail and willing to work in a hands-on environment. This role is for those who enjoy working autonomously and within a team environment.

About You:
- Previous experience in or an interest or passion for the mechanical, fitting and machining trade
- Previous experience within a workshop environment an advantage (including TAFE, school, and private workshop environments)
- Able to work effectively and productively with high attention to detail both independently and as part of a team
- A fast learner able to manage and prioritise tasks
- Good communication and interpersonal skills including following instructions as directed
- Ability to accept change, adapt quickly and effectively to new situations and changing job demands
- A current NSW drivers license (Preferred)
- Australian resident or full rights to work in Australia (Essential)
The Role:
This position would suit both a junior TA with limited or no experience, or an experienced TA. There is an opportunity for career progression within the business and apprenticeship opportunities for the right candidate. Salary will be commensurate to experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist team to provide quality workmanship in production, assembly, servicing, and repairs as well as general workshop duties
- Assist the Field Service team with site installation and service work when required
- Apply principles of occupational health and safety in the work environment
