AddressJohnson Bros Group requires a Trade Counter Sales Team member to join our Internal Sales Team based at Johnson Bros Mitre 10 located in Mona Vale.
As a Trade Sales Assistant, you will be the face of our business. You will need to be a clear communicator, highly approachable and an effective team player. You will deliver excellent customer service, develop strong relationships with customers and be focused on order fulfilment, stock replenishment and store presentation. You will be a vital part of our internal sales team.
If you have experience in the building industry we are happy to utilise your skills and knowledge.
Trade Sales Assistant duties will include;
• Providing service and advice to customers on products and services the business provides
• Coordinate fulfilment of ecommerce sales
• Build relationships with Internal & External customers and be able to identify their needs
• Liaise and build relationships with suppliers
• Prepare customer quotes, input into system and follow up through to order delivery
• Advise and update customers on order status including backordered items
• Report on status of all quotations to Business Development Manager at weekly meeting
• Manage stock levels, minimise shrinkage and stock loss
• Help maintain correct stock levels and ensure correct product information
• Perform stock replenishment when necessary
• WHS and housekeeping
• Adhere to administrative requirements
Experience in a building supplies environment or similar business would be highly advantageous.
