Recent growth within the organisation has created an opportunity for a hard-working, reliable Technical Assistant/Labourer to join the team based in our Berkeley Vale location.
This position reports to the Workshop Manager and is an integral part of Janus. You will work collaboratively with the production team, and the suitable applicant will be efficient, safety-minded, and highly attentive to detail.
Our ideal candidate will be capable of working within a team, following directions closely, and willing to join a new and developing industry.
The ideal person will have
- Experience in manufacturing or heavy vehicles.
- Access to reliable transport is essential.
- Attention to detail.
- Happy to perform repetitive work.
- Able to communicate clearly.
- Ability to plan and prioritise responsibilities.
- Perform setup and clean-up tasks.
Skills and Experience
- Proficiency in using tools and instruments.
- Logical and clear thinking.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Year 12 school leavers certificate is preferred
