We manufacture and market a full range of products for residential and commercial applications and are the industry leader when providing full suite of interior lining solutions across the building industry.In this role, you'll be responsible for providing a wholistic customer service approach from taking enquiries to fulfilling orders across our range of products. Responsibilities would include attending to phone, email and in person enquiries while also giving support to our warehouse and distribution operation by assisting in loading customer vehicles, scheduling deliveries, and ensuring stock accuracy by undertaking daily inventory counts.HERE'S WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:Role overview:As a Trade Counter Sales Representative, you'll be the friendly face of our Gyprock Trade Centre in Brookvale. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service by handling enquiries, processing orders, and providing product support. From phone calls to in-person interactions, you'll be the go-to person for all customer needs.Key responsibilities:- Responding to customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person- Processing orders accurately and efficiently- Providing product advice and support to customers- Assisting in warehouse operations, including loading customer vehicles, and scheduling deliveries- Conducting daily inventory counts to ensure stock accuracyThe working hours are Monday to Friday: 06:00am to 3:00pmSaturday- fortnightly: 07:00am - 11:00am (If required).WHAT'S IN FOR YOU?
