RESPONSIBILITIES
- First point of contact for the branch via incoming calls & TRADE COUNTER
- Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
- Support external sales teams and management
- Processing orders, handling enquiries, and providing quotes
- General branch support / storeman / admin / ad-hoc duties
- Rostered Saturday shifts, 8am - 12pm.

CANDIDATE
Trade sales experience coming from Bunnings, Blackwoods, Mitre 10, Automotive supplies, Tradelink, Timber, Steel, Building Supplies, Construction Materials, please apply:
- Experience in a Customer Service/Internal Sales position
- Electrical/Sales background highly regarded
- Trade sales background is highly desirable
- Forklift Licence is advantageous but not essential
- Ability to form strong and lasting relationships with clients and customers
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Proficient using Microsoft Office suite
- Have a great attitude, with a friendly and warm demeanour with clients
