Trade Counter Sales Representative

We are seeking a Trade Counter Sales Representative with a passion for customer service and a can-do attitude to join our team in Kewdale. You will be responsible for providing customers with the best service available from ATOM by;

• Providing excellent customer service when processing customer orders through phone sales, walk in customers, email orders  
• Assisting customers with product queries and location of product within the warehouse
• Communicating customer requirements and reporting on progress to the customers 
• Carry out Counter Sales in a safe and efficient manner with a focus on upholding work standards and providing excellent customer service
• Building and developing strong relationships with key customers
• In this role, you will need to be highly motivated to continually exceed our customers' expectations, support company driven initiatives, and become an integral part of our team.
