Your mission will be to boost market share, profitability, and volume while encouraging positive relationships with both internal and external partners.BAT Australia prides itself on its people development and there are always opportunities for upward mobility within the company. • Drive state volume, share, and profit targets through strategic resource utilization and ROI principles.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve collective targets, owning your performance and contributing to a culture of high-performance teamwork.
• Cultivate long-term commercial relationships with key customers, demonstrating trust and credibility for mutual benefit.
• Use market insights to develop and complete initiatives that give us a competitive edge.
• Lead by example, embodying our company's leadership capabilities and encouraging excellence within the team.

Qualifications:

• Ideally, you have at least 1 year of experience in FMCG.
• Previous experience in a sales role is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Results-driven attitude with a collaborative approach to teamwork.

REMUNERATION AND BENEFITSYou will receive a competitive remuneration package from AUD 76K and minimum 11% superannuation.
